Adams Lake Multipurpose

A new multipurpose building which includes Health/Community/Aboriginal Head Start programs located on the Sexqeltqin No. 4 Indian Reserve near Chase, BC. Building is one-storey plus basement, slab-on-grade, wood framed construction, approximately 14,000 square feet for the main floor and 600 square feet for the basement where the service rooms are located. The project includes renewable energy (solar panels), renewable material, and a high-efficiency building envelope.
