Complete rehabilitation of a fully occupied 130-unit subsidized housing complex. Scope included: supply and installation of new windows, doors, and storefronts, retrofitting the building with a new fire suppression system, installing new bathroom fans and kitchen range hood fans, and associated bulkhead ducts to exterior which generated drywall asbestos abatement. Scope also included for deletion of wood burning fireplaces from interior and brick chimneys from exterior, and associated framing modifications, rebuilding all balconies completed with new waterproofing and new guardrails.
