Total building remediation of a fully occupied 36-unit affordable housing complex. Scope included supply and installation of windows and patio doors, siding and soffit including thermal insulation, exterior lighting, landscaping, complete roof replacement and podium waterproofing. Re-framing all balconies complete with waterproofing membrane and guardrail replacement. Mechanical HVAC upgrades including replacement of the MAU. All associated interior finishes included.
