This new 62,000SF 3-storey vulnerable aboriginal children supporting housing complex was made possible by Lu’ma Native Housing Society, in partnership with BC Housing. Project consisted of mass timber framing and conventional framing. Building consisting of 24 assisted-living residential units above one level of commercial retail units.
